Patrick Tobin has spent decades helping organisations navigate the harder end of transformation — where technology is recognised as critical, but so are the people, the politics, the data and processes. His career spans pharmaceutical manufacturing with GlaxoSmithKline in the UK and France, through to senior leadership and consulting roles across government and higher education in Australia — and in such settings he has led programs that others have struggled to deliver: failed CRM implementations turned around, high-performing contact centres and enrolment interfaces built from scratch, operating models overhauled.

What sets Patrick apart is a refusal to separate strategy from execution. He is as comfortable leading a workshop with frontline staff as he is presenting to senior managers or an executive board — and he believes the best solutions come from engaging deeply at all levels. He brings analytical rigour and structured delivery discipline to every engagement, alongside a genuine curiosity about how people actually work, not how organisations assume they do.
